Philosophy, Values & Culture
At AlgoAtWork Robotics Academy, we believe in an open-minded, experimental approach to ensure that we give our mentees creative room to express themselves through ideas. We pay special attention to each and every mentee and deeply connect with their passions so they can develop technology solutions in line with what they love and care about.
WE LISTEN MORE AND TALK LESS.
Through learnings and experience, we developed our own Arduino-powered curriculum - it gradually introduces Software, Electronics and Mechanical Engineering in a fun, practical and engaging way.
OUR MENTORS AREN'T THE CENTRE OF ATTENTION
Trainees get to develop projects / prototypes from original ideas. The medium term vision is to establish a commercialization arm as well as talent management agency of the future.
WE LOVE YOUTHS!
Nothing beats true love, the care and deep engagements we have with them.
We play with them, we care deeply about their passions and are obsessed with how best can we open hip opportunities for them to grow and be better versions of themselves.

FUTURE OF JOBS REPORT 2020
By 2025, the time spent on current tasks at work by humans and machines will be equal. Skills gaps continue to be high as in-demand skills across jobs change in the next five years. The top skills and skill groups which employers see as rising in prominence in the lead up to 2025 include groups such as critical thinking and analysis as well as problem-solving and skills in self-management such as active learning, resilience, stress tolerance and flexibility
"Skills for Industry 4.0 and the world of work notes that the current skills gaps need to be addressed and that school-leavers need to be equipped with work-ready digital skills."
